Shawn Formanek is the owner and founder of FomoTalks LLC. After retiring from the military following more than 20 years of service, Shawn felt called to dedicate his life to serving Christ. Shawn is a proud father of three—Alexys, Zachary, and Logan—and is passionate about helping others pause, reflect, and grow in their faith, one minute at a time.

FOMO usually means "fear of missing out", specifically, anxiety brought on by missing social invitations for fun, but I believe what is really missing from our lives is the goodness brought by the truth of Jesus Christ. I started FomoTalks LLC to create short, meaningful episodes that connect Biblical scripture to everyday life in a practical and encouraging way. I intend one day to capture life stories—preserving God-given journeys, wisdom, and lessons for families and future generations.
